I have been coaching for over ten years and am a Certified Wellness and Holistic life coach. I have also been a spiritual practitioner for over 26 years.

I created Mystic Embers 4 years ago to provide a spiritual space where people from all walks of life could come and feel welcomed for who they are and where they are in their journey. Over those four years, it has been my privilege to have met so many incredible people and earned the trust to hear their stories.
