I have been coaching for over ten years and am a Certified Wellness and Holistic life coach with an emphasis in Spirituality. I have also been a spiritual practitioner for over 26 years.
I created Mystic Embers 4 years ago to provide a spiritual space where people from all walks of life could come and feel welcomed for who they are and where they are in their journey. Over those four years, it has been my privilege to have met so many incredible people and earned the trust to hear their stories.

What is a spiritual awakening?
A spiritual awakening is a time of deep personal transformation in mind, body, and soul. One of the first signs of a spiritual awakening is when someone begins feeling disconnected from what they once knew to be true. Major life changes such as divorce, traumas, quarter and mid-life crises, near-death experiences, life-threatening illnesses, etc. can be some factors in triggering a spiritual awakening.
Each session begins with an oracle card reading that will help provide a better view of what is happening in the mind, body, and soul. This reading will allow us to chart a path that works for you and helps move you forward with more comfort and a clearer mind.
