The return and refund policy for unused and untouched candles is simple and straightforward. All unused and untouched candles can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Customers must include proof of purchase with the return and a refund will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. All returns must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition they were received.

Never leave a candle unattended! Keep away from children and pets and flammables! Trim the wick at each use to 1/4 of an inch. Only burn a candle for 4 hours at a time!
