RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and exchanges at Mystical Candle and Herb Shop are easy and hassle-free. All returns and exchanges must have a valid receipt, be in their original packaging, unused, and unblemished. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for instructions on how to return or exchange your item. We will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the item, minus shipping charges if conditions are met that were mentioned above. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable.
